Flowstyle is the discipline Caesar Finies invented: windsurfing tricks performed on a big board in 10–15 knots of wind, exactly the breeze that's most often available in Lac Bay. It started by accident in the summer of 2005, the day Caesar pushed his sail away, the wind took it overhead, and it floated right back into his hands. That trick became the Ankle Biter, and the style grew from there into a global discipline with Caesar at the center of it.

Watch Caesar in action

Sail-flips, body-drags, and the famous Hail Mary (Caesar Throw), filmed at Lac Bay.

1

Body Drags & Sail Flips

Start with the building blocks: sail 360s, body drags, switch-stance. The lightweight gear and Lac Bay's flat water mean you feel every move clearly, and the wobble disappears fast.

2

High-Wind Freestyle Tricks

When the trades pick up, flowstyle goes vertical. We progress into powered freestyle, jumps, and rotations, building each trick slowly and cleanly before you send it for real.

3

Make It Your Own

Flowstyle is expression. The last sessions are about linking moves into your own runs: clean transitions, your own line, your own style.
